Hi! Welcome to Xtina Fitness. I’m Christina “Xtina” Smith, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based out of Brooklyn, New York. I am passionate about all things fitness and love helping people reach their health and fitness goals in a fun and supportive environment.
I currently train individuals of all fitness levels and specialize in creating customized workout plans tailored to my clients’ unique needs and lifestyles. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel your best, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!
